Went for a routine check up and cleaning. Dr Chopra was professional and considerate and I appreciated her informing me what she was going to do before doing it. The receptionist was also kind and helpful when booking my nest appointment.

Had my check up with Maria Oflidu, she always clearly explains my next steps. She is gentle and caring. The hygienist was also so helpful- they are an excellent team !!

Well organised admin-wise, pleasant staff that is always helpful and polite, especially at reception and over the phone. The premises are well kept, and the location easily accessible. Possible to have appointments quickly and covers a wide range of services. NHS compatible. A bit heavy on the sales-side sometimes, with consultants pushing for upper shelf hygienists services (like opting for the top cleaning instead of the basic one…) the pricing difference is a bit much whilst I don’t really get any clarity on the interventions covered by the NHS for my situation.
But overall I would recommend registering with this practice.

I went for an NHS check up. The dentist saw me on time and gave me good advice. The only thing to improve is the online booking facility which never works, you always have to ring.
