My dentist is always highly knowledgeable about me and personable, and the reception staff were able to quickly answer my queries

I had my first appointment here today, having recently switched to the practice, and it was great. I was seen for my general check-up very quickly, and the hygienist appointment was the least painful I'd ever had!

Every time I come to this dentist the prices seem to rise far in excess of any typical inflationary increase.
I am an NHS patient but choose to pay for hygienist appointments which I understand to be purely a private option
I signed up for a hygienist appointment off the back of a chase text message from yourselves to book in another appointment. In doing so I was not provided with any prices so I assumed (fairly I thought) it would be broadly in line with last years pricing (I was charged around £60 last year), but to be sure I checked your prices online which quoted £100. Despite this very steep year on year increase I accepted that and booked anyway.
Then coming to pay after my appointment I am told it is in fact £120 despite not being warned about this at all. You also tried to ignore the £30 deposit I had paid a mere few hours earlier in the day but I informed the secretary of this and it was thankfully adjusted accordingly so I ended up paying the remaining £90 to bring the total to £120.
It leaves a very sour taste to feel the prices are not transparent and being fairly communicated.
In fact looking online now I still see £100 being quoted for a hygienist appointment so I have no idea where the other £20 charge has come from.

Despite this disappointment I would add that the dentist experience itself was very good and I found my dentist to be very warm and friendly with lots of helpful advice and if not for the pricing disappointment, I would rate the actual dental experience very good.

My dentist was absolutely lovely and the nicest I’ve ever had. I was told my appointment was at 11:30am multiple times through texts, when I arrived they told me it was 11:20 and I was late and I had to wait a further 25 minutes till I could be seen. The text said 11:30 lol.

I would highly recommend this dental practice. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and such positive energy. I was able to be seen within a short time. I was treated well and the dentist was professional!

Natalije was friendly, amusing and excellent as always. Top lady. I would also like to put in a good word for the young man on reception. He was well mannered, helpful and a great first point of contact.

Well I was upset and disappointed with the young charming dentist, the main reasons was that despite of the two injections the numbness wasn't fully effective as I felt the pain while taking out the molar tooth as it has never happened to me because I had the same procedures at least two or three times in the past.
I couldn't say much or anything to her at the time and kept myself very calm because of the procedure and I avoided any confrontation or complaints as it would have been very risky for my wellbeing in case of a non stop bleeding.
But thanks God I'm fine and well now.

Excellent but I think I should have had a rudimentary scale and polish as part of my Band 1 treatment. I didn't get that.

Seen on time and dentist was thorough and very helpful. Recommended treatment was what I expected. Nice reception staff too 👍

This is one of the best, the Clinic is nice and clean and all of the staff are pleasant. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

I arrived on time and didn’t have to wait before l was seen by the dentist. She was friendly and efficient. I am quite happy with my treatment.

Really great all round. Registered as a new patient, got an appointment super quick, had a full check over and treatment appointment all booked in easily. Really helpful and full of friendly advice. Very pleased

I was satisfied with the service and sincerity of Radhika Chopra. She looked at me very sincerely and advised me on the root canal treatment of my tooth and as much as possible she arranged for my next appointment.

My dentist is the best. She has worked so hard to give me the smile I want from my new upper denture.

I really appreciate the support she has shown when I have felt low. Great service.
