I absolutely hate having injections and the dentist was amazing in calming down and numbing the area so that I didn't feel anything, so my fear of dentist is almost gone, thank you.

Today my 29th year old son with autism had his teeth cleaned with amazing dentist Miss Radhika ❤️ following the steps of counting procedures and pausing when needed.

The staff there -reception, dental nurses and dentists are always all very nice and very professional at the horseferry road practice
However (and it’s my fault for not speaking up proactively, ). I realised when I got home that I had no actual receipt only my debit card receipt and I need a proper receipt for my simply health claim so I emailed them today 7/11/24 and will phone the. Surgery to kindly email me the receipt
It was late in the day though about 1800
Apart from that (a minor issue)

It was my first time at Westminster House Dental, and I’m not particularly a fan of going to the dentist! However, the experience was brilliant. From the ease of booking an appointment (within two days of me popping in, and a Saturday appointment at that) , to the actual treatment itself, with the hygienist being really thorough yet gentle, and explaining everything along the way. Thank you.
