Appointment

Dentist Chopra was very rude. She first of all told me she wanted to put in a temporary filling and I told her no, that when I called, the lady who answered had told me I could do a permanent fIlling today, that was why I booked it and that I had compared your dental centre with other dental centres and the reviews were better than others. That was why I booked, then she insisted I should get up from the board and go and pay £78 for permanent filling or else no work will be done on me today. I got up to get my card to pay. She said that they’re telling me that I’ve never been to Nhs before. I told her I did in my early years as a student in the 70s, she was telling me that it was abroad. I was shocked because she herself is Indian, if she’s a racist it is unfortunate she fought me. She has no training regarding patient care and respect for her profession, never been so insulted by a dentist before.

I’ve been a patient at Westminster house dental for almost 10 years, and have always had excellent service, from dental checkups and x-rays, to my entire Invisalign journey at the practice. They are responsive, understanding and highly caring and knowledgeable professionals (I’ve had a few different dentists over the years and the service level has not faltered!). I’ve had both NHS and private care, and recommend for both.

Backstreet receptionist who calls this dentist in the heart of Westminster ‘west minister’, instantly putting up your guard about sloppy standards. This isn’t a 1960s bus ride. If a receptionist can’t communicate the name of the business that employs them then it sheds doubt on the calibre of those further up who obviously don’t know either
