The reception staff are very friendly & helpful. They go out of their way to make things happen. The dentist, Natalia is very professional and does an excellent job.

Wonderful
I’d been putting off going to the dentist for years because of a horrible experience elsewhere. Today I had my first appointment at Westminster House practice and it was wonderful from the moment I entered. Friendly reception staff, and my dentist was kind and very gentle knowing my previous trauma! Definitely recommend!

My experience
I was seen by Alex and her dental assistant (sorry I didn’t catch her name). Both absolutely lovely, very kind and patient with me (I’m a nervous person when it comes to the dentist). Very glad to hear I’ll be seen by Alex in another 3 months - that puts me at ease! Zero scaremongering which I really appreciated. Thank you for seeing me so quickly - I had a sudden dental issue at 32 weeks pregnant and was seen just over 24 hours!
I did find the receptionist to be a bit condescending and sassy even for such a small interaction.
