I have been attending the Westminster House Practice for over 10 years under the care of Ms Payal S. Over that time she has provided excellent care and advice. This has included dental fillings, crown constructions, the construction of dentures and a program of dental whitening. The procedures where necessary were done painlessly using local anaesthetic. She has informed me of the best kind of toothbrush to use and the way to use it. As a senior citizen I sometimes look back at the kind of dental service I received in my early years, and the recollections fill me with horror!

Amazing team
However Alex (the receptionist) is frustrating to deal with, personality and knowledge are not up to the standards of the practice, but I will still give 5 star because the rest of the team is excellent and should not be judged because of a receptionist, although I think that something needs to be done about him ( how to speak to clients and how to control his emotions better).

Amazing Dentist

My dentist Dr Gibson, had been the best clinician I have ever seen.
I have dental phobia which is quite extreme. I felt very panicky having a filling repair. I would say I had a panic attack mid procedure. Dr Gibson, could not have been a better dentist. He gave me relaxation techniques, stop me from further panic, calmly explained each step and sound. I didn’t feel a thing and my care was exceptional. I left feeling calm. And my tooth feels and looks great. Thank you!

Overall ok, however the workers at the reception should not argue with each other openly infront of the patient. They should not argue at all, just teach them howto have a constructive comunication in 1-2-1 conversation. English should be the only communicated language between the employees. The plastic flowes at entry give the place an east european country feeling, keep in mind this is a dentist clinic where hygiene needs to be in focus and dust gathering plastic flowers avoided. The reception area where registration is made should no be next to where the patients are seating, I heard over 5 peoples names surnames adress date of birth, if they are on benefit or not, why they are there, etc there is no privacy at all. MY DENTIST WAS PROFESIONAL, BUT 35 MIN LATE, DUE TO TAKING PATIENT IN RANDOM ORDER. THEY DID APPOLOGIES. The female receptionist can be more relaxed, smile more and be more profesional. I am giving 4* thanks to the dentist profesionalism, otherwise it would have been 2*.

My dentist is very professional and I have faith in her opinion. She is also friendly and approachable.
The only slight criticism I have - was that the appointment today - was later than scheduled. However, I was informed that they were running late so I was updated about the situation.
