Timing
Great dental care and receptionists but the timings at this practice could be better. I have had several appointments cancelled and never had one on time Communication to the patients when dentists are running late is important.

I’ve been going to Westminster Dental for about 2 years now and I really find the dentists and the service to be great every time I go. They are thorough, friendly and always willing to answer my questions and follow up on my concerns.

Westminster House Dental Practice, the best
All the staff are very welcoming over and above friendly, professionalism at its finest. Christian should be given an award for his bedside manners, makes one feel relaxed and at home, he always explains all treatments in layman’s terms. I would certainly recommend, Westminster House Dental Practice. Thanks!

Pain!!
Told dentist that I could still feel my face after anaesthetic, she tried to fill my teeth regardless. Needless to say I required more numbing before she could proceed, wish I had been listened to!!

Good visit
I hate coming to the dentist but the receptionist was really nice and friendly, made me feel welcome and comfortable. Disha was very courteous, friendly and professional. Explained things well, sought my consent before doing things, was gentle, pre warned if she expected me to feel any discomfort, advised me on better dental health, checked my night guard for me at my request as I was feeling anxious about it. Dental hygienist was really nice too.

Great, friendly service from all at the practice. Maria was really good with the children, usually they’re too shy to talk to new people but Maria made them comfortable and they answered her questions and followed her instructions which was great to see.
