Friendly and attentive receptionists. Very welcoming. The dentist was professional, communication was excellent regarding future treatment. Patient, empathetic and very considerate of my anxiety.

An exceptional dentist

What stood out is the dentist himself - Dr Christian Guenin is an exceptional dentist and I am very glad that I found him. This visit was just a routine check-up, but over the last two years he has fitted an implant. He took the time to guide me through the process, as well as giving me notes and instructions for each stage. His dental nurse Stefania is lovely too. In July of last year you invited me to leave feedback and I didn't get round to it, so this feedback is for the January visit and the visit in July, and indeed all the visits! I am so delighted with the implant and my teeth in general, and coming to Westminster House is a pleasure, not a chore. The front desk staff have been good too, in particular Bushra. I shall miss my chats with her, but I am delighted to hear that she has taken a position in Hygiene. I know that she will be terrific in that job. Thank you all very much for looking after me.
