Brilliant dentist

Dr Shah is a brilliant dentist and has the great gift of putting her patients totally at ease. And her injections are absolutely painless. She is a great person.

Options were clearly explained

I was made to feel welcome and was looked after very well by all the staff. Treatment options were clearly explained which made things much easier and more straightforward.

I've been a patient of Westminster House Dental for many years and have never had a bad experience. All the staff are amazing and always professional but welcoming and polite.
A special mention for Doctors Shah and Chopra, who have looked after me over the years, and Charlene, the hygienist.
Treatment is always carefully explained and options provided without being pushy. Support staff and reception are always friendly and greet you with a smile.

I can’t fault anything

Fantastic friendly service. Very professional, knowledgeable dentist, helpful accommodating receptionist. I can’t fault anything. In fact insisted that my partner and two kids join the practice. I had private care abroad and in the uk prior, so I have experienced different services. This is a very good high standard practice.

My experience

Local is a positive however overall it’s a rushed experience. Hygienist felt clumsy and hurried. NHS form filling, check up and hygienist clean was complete in under 18mins. Paid up front “deposit” on booking before arrival and then remainder before treatment. Then had to pay a further amount afterwards as hadn’t been added correctly. “NHS” number form I Had to fill out before was essentially a marketing angle with opt outs on being contacted - and then contacted anyway.
However my main gripe is that with a £25 standard NHS checkup I am supposed to get a dental clean included with that. The £90 I paid for the hygienist is not worth it as was in the chair for less than 11mins.

Explained everything clearly

Dr Guenin explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure that I didn't feel nervous throughout the entire process.

The receptionist also provided accurate answers to my questions and offered prompt assistance.
