Polite and gentle
Very polite and gentle hygienist who warned me if she was doing something that might be painful. It wasn’t!
Interestingly, you didn’t ask for comments that would make your service even better! I don’t think the ladies introduced themselves. Or if they did, it was a hurried and/or mumbled introduction of the type that we in healthcare/services do to tick the box rather than to build a rapport. Of course, conversation is impossible in dentistry but that initial introduction is important. Please regard this as constructive rather than critical feedback. Have a lovely day!

Believe me, no one's bribing me with floss to say this (though, that wouldn't be a bad idea 😉). Radhika is the tooth whisperer of Westminster Dental. Growing up, dentists and I? Not the best of friends and a ferocious sweet tooth I had is to blame. But Radhika has flipped that script. She's the blend of skill, patience, and kindness that you didn't know existed in a dentist. I call her best in the west, but that's an understatement. I'd go as far as saying if your teeth had a wishlist, she'd be on it. Thanks to her, my teeth went from a bad way to something I can be proud of. With the bittersweet fact I see her less only for check ups :)
The entire practice vibes with warmth and efficiency. I highly recommend you won't look back. I am proudly biased as I have always had a fantastic experience.

My experience
The treatment took literally minutes and was very basic for which the dentist charged more than £70. During the previous appointment I was told it would be about £40. Also, since having the treatment (which proved minute and flimsy/cosmetic which wasn’t necessary), that particular tooth/gum has been hurting which was NOT the case before. I have told Westminster House Dental to change the practitioner/dentist who has been treating me - I am unhappy and do not feel safe with her treatment/services. They told me that the manager would be in touch but hasn’t.
