Another excellent check up and hygiene appointment completed. Dentist keeps me informed of what she will be doing, and always makes sure I am comfortable. The hygienist also explain what she is going to do, makes sure I am not in any pain. Receptionist was great too, found an appointment that was suitable for me. A cheerful and professional practice.

Explained things clearly

The dentist took time to ensure I understood all the options for my treatment. She was very honest and explained things clearly. The receptionists too were helpful in bringing my appointment forward.

My experience

Dentist gave perfunctory check up. No information given to patient apart from asking about when hygienist will next be seen. I was seen on time for which I have allocated two stars, otherwise it would have been one.
