I have been a customer at WDP for many years. Today I had a follow up appointment to check on previous pain in my bottom left 3rd tooth, after my previous appointment undertook an assessment and treatment for tooth pain. A lovely clean, fresh and modern environment. Appointments available both NHS and private and in both hygiene and cosmetic dentistry. WDP has an experienced team, all of the team are lovely. My dentist today was Radhika Chopra, I have seen Radhika before.. She is friendly, professional, conscientious and meticulous. She checked my health records are up to date, gave to me a full comprehensive pain assessment, and a dental check up and x-rays. Radhika is a kind and friendly professional person, easy to communicate with and she puts nervous patients at ease and is reassuring.
I highly recommend WDP and Radhika Chopra. Thank you again, Radhika. Much appreciated!

My experience
Your appointment system that sends out emails to book appointments needs better corresponding.
My visit was a waste as I didn't see my dentist as the system put me under another dentist who still could not help. I now have to way nearly 2 months before I can see her.

Welcomed warmly by the receptionists as we walked in. Clear instructions given on how to complete the form and asked to take a seat. The dentist Payal is amazing. Very caring when cleaning the teeth and explained everything clearly.
