Appointment
The reception staff could be a little more welcoming and say things like ‘Good morning’ instead of just ‘have you got an appointment’. 9 times out of 10 people in the queue probably do have an appointment, otherwise why would we be there? The process to get seen at reception can be quite lengthy, 4mins in my case, despite 2-3 members of front of house. That said I think one was shadowing the trainee.
Also when I need to pay I was waiting to the left of the desk and a gentleman came to check in. It was obvious I was waiting but the trainee still acknowledged him before me to give him an iPad to register. It’s all a bit clunky. She also kept saying ‘that’s 27 ‘point’ 40’ when referring to £27.40! I don’t think I’ve ever heard that before. More basic training required.

The staff are friendly and the check up was thorough. However, I was not called in until half an hour after my appointment time. The dentist also gave me the impression of being more interested in what additional products she could sell me, than my simple check up.

My 3rd visit to pick up new dentures that haven't been ready or they're completely wrong. I now have to come back a forth time - hopefully they will be right next time.

I recently visited Dr. Radhika Varsani for my dental treatment, and I am extremely satisfied with the care I received. She was very professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the whole experience made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Varsani and truly appreciate her excellent work.
