The dentist Lakshana Kanagalingam was very nice, professional and patient. But the receptionist did not check me in by mistake so I was nearly 1 hour waiting, she still wanted to rebook...and you think seriously? So I want to suggest you place a self checking machine in the reception.

My experience
Normally I wait too long for the dentist but this time within 5 minutes. Good examination, well explained. The receptionists could be more welcoming and I felt they really had very poor customer contact skills for the front of house.

Dr. Maria Oflidou is the most professional and caring dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve had several treatments recently, and she always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about her patients.
