The dentist always makes sure everything is okay. However trying to reach your reception via email or phone is a whole different think which is severely lacking and very frustrating.

I would like to thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you have experienced difficulty with reaching our reception team via telephone and email.
Our receptionist do become extremely busy during the core opening hours of the practice but we do endeavour to ensure we answering all calls and emails in a timely manner.

I came in to have my tooth extraction done by one of the surgeons, they were so quick and helpful even the nurse and reception staff made me feel really comfortable, will definitely be coming back to have other treatment done.
