I had a wisdom tooth extracted last week. To be honest I was dreading it and had heard many horror stories. I was very pleased with how Dr Sabrina Khan extracted my tooth and the advice she gave me. She was a true professional and before I could blink, the whole process was over!

I was referred to this practice by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction. It is well located, clean & reception staff were all lovely. Nurse Jill was lovely, apologetic about the delay and made me feel v comfortable. Unfortunately that’s where all the goodness ended. I saw a dental surgeon who made to feel extremely uncomfortable and petrified throughout my consultation. Long story short I was left quite shaken at the end of it and walked away without any surgery. I have sent a detailed email review to the practice about my experience and didn’t feel it was fair to name the individual publicly. If it was just based on surgeon it would be a 1 star review but I don’t want to take away from the hard working staff there - plus the place has great reviews in general and I have rebooked to see Dr Sabrina in a couple of weeks.

The last time I went to the dentist was a long time ago. I had a really rush experience where the previous dentist didnt really talk to me, but just wanted to get my filling done as soon as possible. I decided that I wanted to see a dentist for a check up. I saw Dr Bahra and she is the best dentist I have had to date. What made her stand out is that she really took the time to understand me as a person and my concerns. My main concern was the colour of my teeth - after a deep discussion and check up of all of my teeth, we opted for whitening. I cannot wait to see the results!

I had 3 separate appointments at this surgery (consultation and then extractions of each lower wisdom tooth). I was pleased to receive information via post prior and instructions on where I can park (surgery itself does not have parking) this was very helpful. The practise was clean, spacious and had great Covid precautions in place and appointments were always on time. I saw Dr Sabrina Khan for all of my appointments, she was friendly and very quick, I was numbed and tooth extracted within 10 minutes each time. I am very pleased with my experience.

I was referred here for a tooth extraction. Dr Sabrina Khan was excellent. I was in and out in just over 20 minutes. It was not painful at all compared to previous experiences in other practises and I was given advice and good instructions for after care also. Very highly recommended!

Best dental practice in slough I have been to many in slough which have been useless in helping me with my dental problems but the dentists at this practice are very helpful.The nurses and receptionist are also very polite and friendly I highly recommend them if you have a fear of dentists.

I’ve been going to Windsor road for over a year now. I’ve been seeing Dr Jonny Lightstone, himself and his nurses have been really great with me as I was a very nervous patient. I’ve had quite a bit of work done and couldn’t fault anything, he’s bent over backwards to get me out of pain (even staying later some evenings!) I’m extremely happy with my dentist and will continue to go back!

I was referrerd to Roddericks Dental Practice for a broken wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. I have put this off for a couple of years as i was a nervous patient. I can honestly say that from the minute i met Dr Sabrina Khan and her Dental Nurse, I was put at ease straight away. I didn't feel the injection which normally makes me wince, let alone the extraction! It was pain free and over within a couple of mins. I was so shocked! I had absolutely nothing to worry about! I wouldn't think twice about using them again. They were fantastic!! Thank you!

The dental surgery I received from the Oral Surgeon was very good. The procedure went very quickly and smoothly. The surgeon was friendly, helpful and clear as to what the procedure would involve and also what recovery would likely involve. Overall, I was able to have a wisdom tooth removed safely and painlessly in just over 30 minutes.
Unfortunately, the process of scheduling the surgery appointment was very poor. I had to wait 6 months for the surgery to take place from the point I was referred by my own dentist. I contacted the surgery several times to try to arrange an appointment to no avail and so in the end I had to escalate the matter with my own dentist in order to confirm a slot. Appreciate the difficulties and delays that the COVID 19 pandemic would have caused but that does not excuse the very poor level of communication and organisation that I experienced.
Had the scheduling of my appointment not been so bad then I would had rated my overall experience as 5 star as the quality of the surgery itself when it took place was very good.

Two visits to Windsor Road dental practice, each for wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Sabrina Khan. The service was professional and efficient with good explanations of what to expect and how the procedure would be completed. The wider team was very friendly as well and they all took great care of me when I was feeling faint after the first extraction.

I was referred to this dental practice by my dentist for a tooth removal. Professional staff, clean premises. Dr Sabrina Khan was polite and spoke clearly. I was in and out in 10 mins. Any aching had disappeared within 3 days. For anyone outside the area there is no parking,but public car parks are a few minutes away

In my personal opinion this might be the best dental practice in Slough. I have been attending there for more than 6 years and so far never got disappointed. Whether it was a planed appointment or an emergency I have always been treated kind and all my expectations have been met or exceed ( in case of the dentist Jonathan ). People that work there are kind, nice and helpful. The only one think I could add or suggest is to invest a little bit into interior design so it could give this practice a modern and contemporary look . Good job guys !!!!
