The dental surgeon put me at ease and so did his student when had dental surgery.

I was referred for a tooth extraction and the process was very quick and went very smoothly. Friendly staff.

I was referred here for the extraction of a broken tooth and the root of the tooth immediately next to it. Received a call from a lovely lady to book my appointment, which she then text and emailed confirmation. Necessary forms were emailed to complete prior to the appointment and one final form for consent on the day.
The actual procedure was seemless - I was greeted by the surgeon, Dr Neel(?) And taken down to the treatment room. He confirm my prescribed medication and allergies then thoroughly explained the procedure before beginning with local anaesthesia. After a minute or two he checked for numbness. The extraction was super fast and he then inserted a single stitch to help the healing process. Once finished he went through the aftercare and encouraged me to remain seated a few minutes and then to wait just a few more minutes before leaving.
Overall possibly the fasted and most relaxed dentist visit ever!! Well done Dr Neel, (sorry, im sure that was your name!)
My ONLY slightly negative opinion is the lack of patient parking and due to their location, right beside the traffic lights, nowhere to easily drop off and pick up. My husband however thought this a bonus as he was able to drop me across the road and pop down the road for a Maccys breakfast then pick me up along the Windsor Road once done!

Excellent treatment, thorough explanation prior to procedure and aftercare explained clearly along with being given a leaflet to refer to should you forget the instructions talked through. I would highly recommended this practice.

The staffs are very professional and do their work in the interest of the patient. They communicate properly.

Staff are so friendly and welcoming! I had to have 3 of my 4 wisdom teeth out and they just made me feel so at ease and it was over within 10 minutes! They made sure I was aware of everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Thank you Neil and Maria

I was sedated for 9 tooth extractions. I’m extremely nervous with any kind of dental treatment. But the nurses were really kind and sweet tried to put me at ease. The dentist was considerate and gentle too. Overall I had a really good experience even though it’s my worst nightmare.
