Reassuring and helpful

After a shaky/ fainting incident I found staff to be very reassuring and helpful in particular Ryan who went out of his way to calm me down. Also, Nurse Esha Shinh was very quick to react. She gave me Glucogel and raised my legs which helped me to come around.

Everything went smoothly from the timely reminders of the appointment to the prompt timing on the day. Everything was explained to me as the examination progressed and a clear follow up plan agreed.

The surgeon dentist was really calming, clearly lots of experience and did a great job. The sedation nurse was also lovely at keeping me calm.

A complicated tooth extraction

Very patient dentist with a complicated tooth extraction. Would 100% recommend! Both the dentist and dental assistant were reassuring and encouraging with the procedure.
