I had to have 2 extractions, which I was a bit nervous about, everything was explained to me, it wasn't the most pleasant experience but I couldn't believe how quickly it was done, and didn't feel a thing!

I can’t praise them all enough
My appointment was 11.35 and I was seen on time. The dentist and the nurse who saw me explained everything that was going to happen and asked if I had any questions. They were very caring and supportive throughout the procedure. And also the receptionist was very kind to give me a face mask as I was self conscious about my facial swelling. I can’t praise them all enough, excellent work, would definitely recommend them!

Very polite, helpful
The rooms were extremely clean, and the staff were very polite, helpful and professional. I did call the practice a few hours later when the swelling had gone down a bit, as there is a flap of skin where the root was taken out, so when I swallow it hits the roof of my mouth. I phoned just to find out what to do about it, I was told to leave it for a few days and go back to my normal dentist.

Aqsa was not only thorough in her work but also took the time to have an insightful discussion with me regarding my dental concerns. She explained everything clearly and patiently, which helped me feel more informed and at ease. Iqra was equally attentive and supportive throughout the appointment, contributing to the calm and comfortable atmosphere.
