Extraction of a broken tooth

I took my mother aged 90 for the extraction of a broken tooth. She has avoided the dentist for 15 years at least until an abscess was evident on her face related to the tooth.
The dentist was very considerate, kind and gentle, which I know helped mum to relax. The extraction was completed very quickly with mum not knowing it was done. She was scared to go but is delighted at the care which was shown and has no hesitation to return now.
Sincere thanks to a very friendly, attentive team at the practice and a very competent, caring dentist in Dr Aggrawal

Friendly, confident and reassuring

I would suggest that you notify people that there is no parking on site and provide postcodes for parking. I had to drive around after calling to ask where to park when I got there to discover no onsite parking.
The Dentist and his assistant were both very friendly, confident and reassuring at all stages of the treatment. Putting me at ease.

Very impressed

The Dentist was very professional in all aspects of care, he explained everything about the health of my teeth and gums, giving advice/ information about treatment and options to ensure the best quality of treatment given to meet my health needs.
I was also very impressed with the way I was greeted by the member of staff at reception and the dental assistant. Overall my visit was extremely pleasant and productive.
