I was impressed.
Everyone who dealt with me in Reception was polite, friendly and helpful. I also noted that all other staff (not directly dealing with me)who walked through reception/in the passage/on the stairs all smiled at me as they passed. Much appreciated!
I was very nervous and dreading the procedure but the dental surgeon filled me with confidence. He completed the procedure quickly and competently and at no time did I feel stressed. His assistant was delightful! (kind and reassuring)

Not enough praise can be said about the care, efficiency, courteous staff at my Windsor Rd Dental practice. Especially Miss Radhika Aggarwal, whom completely calms me whilst receiving excellent treatment, as I'm very nervous about needles.
It's always a pleasure to come in and be greeted by the lovely reception staff whom have always demonstrated utmost professionalism, politeness in their service provided. Totally recommend them to all my family and friends. All part of a great team. Thank you so much for being amazing.

Calm experience
Dr. Romeed and his team were very compassionate and kind during my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Romeed explained my options thoroughly and was very accommodating in regard to my additional needs. The sedation nurse Jill was extremely helpful in her post-op advice and in explaining how everything worked.
They turned what could’ve been a very stressful experience for me into a calm experience instead. I’m grateful for the care and attention they showed to me.
