A good example of customer service

The Dentist, Dr Mina, was very patient and thorough. She took time to explain the condition of my tooth and what options I have. Her assistant the trainee doctor was very efficient and helped with a smile.
I arrived before time and was attended as soon as the doctor was available. I was expecting to be kept waiting but they presented a good example of customer service.
