Dentist Ashifa Khan is pleasant, courteous and friendly. So I would give it a GOOD.
Premises is clean.
Only disadvantage is no parking at the practice. So I would give it a POOR.

Nowhere to brush teeth having come straight from work. Wasn’t told about there being no parking and don’t know the area. Dentist was abrupt, unsympathetic and stank of cigarette smoke and body odour. Dental assistant disappeared at one point and I was questioned regarding her whereabouts (I’d been having injections so unsure as to why I’d have known where she’d gone) however she was very kind and reassuring which was helpful given the circumstances. The first extraction sent an awful shooting pain up the side of my face which made me shout in pain, the response from the dentist was annoyance that is was ‘just the pressure’. It was NOT pressure but a searing pain. I then had another injection which stopped most further pain. I had taken 2 diazepam for the procedure and was shaking violently. When I left the room I struggled to get back up the stairs and lost my bearings and couldn’t find my way out. There was nobody there to help me and when I finally found the right door another patient asked me if I was okay as I wasn’t with it due to the shock of the extractions, general treatment I’d received and diazepam. Horrible experience made worse by all of the above. Glad I don’t have to return.

Dentist didn’t solve my issue out

Had a very good visit as usual, my dentist was very helpful and professional and all the staff polite and helpful as always, very pleased.

Receptionists are friendly.
Dentist was also friendly.

Sabrina Khan is a very talented Dental Specialist- she made me feel comfortable and the tooth removal was a pleasant experience.
