Extraction

On arrival I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and informed that they were running late. It was a good thing to set expectations from the start. All questions I had were answered expertly and promptly. When my appointment started the dentist and his nurse treated me well and kept me informed of what was happening and why. Although I was having a difficult extraction procedure it was pain free and carried out quickly. The dentist told me what I needed to do for aftercare and also gave me an information sheet with a spare dressing to use if needed. I have had a few teeth taken out over the years and this was one of the best dental experiences that I can remember. Thank you to all the team!

Tooth extraction

The nurse was good and Shiah’s was amazing. Explained everything well. There was another nurse in my last appointment and she was absolutely amazing: she diverted my mind and really kept me at ease. I missed that because I’m a very nervous patient. All in all though absolutely great dentists and receptionists.

Amazing

I have to give huge compliments to Leanne, she is the only dentist since I was 14 who has been able to work on me without the need for sedation. I am now 33 yrs old - this means a lot to me.
She prioritises you as a patient, with an empathic approach. She made me feel safe and comfortable. She is so kind and really puts you first, the little touches from listening to music, to having a little chat and continuously checking in during the work to see if you're okay. You can instantly tell she is good at what she does, from her knowledge to listening to you as a patient to achieve what needs to be done. I can not thank her enough.
She is the best dentist I have ever experienced, please don't ever leave !!
Leanne has given me such confidence, i remember seeing her for the first time and feeling so embarrassed she navigated this well and I am now able to smile without feeling ashamed.
