I’m lucky to have found this surgery!
I came from Smile where each experience was poor. I had an experience where they were ALL eating a pizza while working on me, with staff drifting in and out always. I can be very anxious and this was awful for me. I am one of those that have ‘mental health issues, (I’m sure you become bored with us) and once asked for a tooth to be removed because “it was irritating me” They did! They listened to a fruit loop who was open about my drug use, such as it was back then. ! I know someone who worked on reception there who has said it was “embarrassing”. Especially with parents of young children.
I have never had a bad experience with you.
I love my dentist, who is amazing, and always feel comfortable and confident whatever my ‘state’ happens to be on the day.
My experience with reception has been outstanding except for one, who, ironically, seems to never smile!! And is not as empathetic and kind as the others I have encountered.

I was absolutely petrified but the team were amazing. They calmed me and held my hand! It was done smoothly and explained everything really well. I am so pleased that I went through it. It was an extraction so pretty nervous.
