I was very warmly welcomed by the doctor thoroughly explained the procedure and was very prompt with his service and the assistant was very helpful as I was nervous and have anxiety she held my hand and made me comfortable.
I appreciate their service very much and recommend them.

I was referred here just over a week ago for tricky tooth extraction.. Sabrina and eisha were absolutely amazing.. Sabrina talked me through what was about to happen and made me feel very calm.. Eisha was amazing to she let me squeeze her hand throughout the procedure 🙈 anyway Sabrina managed to get the whole tooth out, the whole process took no more then 5 mins! Many thanks to you both and I would highly recommend this practise.. Myself and my daughter are hoping to register here 😃

Had my tooth extracted today! It was my first time visiting the practice after a referral from my current dentist. On arriving I was greeted by the lovely receptionist, who was very helpful in explaining filling out forms that needed to be done. I waited no longer than 5 or so minutes before being seen ( unlike my current dentist) once in the room feeling very anxious, embarrassed, heart beating so fast, the wonderful Sabrina ( oral surgeon) and the nurse whose name I can't remember straight away made me feel at ease, such lovely ladies. Sabrina explained clearly everything to me and spoke to me through the whole procedure. Apologies to the nurse whose hand I squeezed whilst tooth was extracted! It was all pain free just felt a lot of pressure, other then that not as scary as I had imagined, didn't even need stitches, post operative instructions were explained to me by Sabrina and was also given a leaflet to read. Finally waited in waiting room for 15 mins then was on my way. So a huge thank you to all the staff and an extra big one to Sabrina and nurse! Next step is to leave my current dentist ( all very rushed there) and hopefully join this wonderful practice for future treatment. Many thanks.

I was referred to Windsor rd dental by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth extracted after many years of pain.

I was extremely nervous, but Sabrina made me feel super comfortable and all 3 extractions were super quick and easy. Virtually painless and my swelling subsided after 24 hours. Honestly after horror stories from friends having wisdom teeth removed in hospital, I was shocked at how easy Sabrina made my extractions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice for a tooth extraction!

Jonny was his usual professional who always takes time to explain treatment carefully.
He always engages in personal conversation and is interested in his patients.
I have absolutely no pain or discomfort after treatment.
The reception team are very pleasant and efficient although I'm not sure I need so many texts emails and phone calls reminding me!!
Also rather surprised about the large increase in the cost of my crown.
750 to 800 pounds.
Neither of these 2 last comments reflect on Jonny or reception as presumably these are management decisions.

I had a good dental nurse & doctor, I also liked the receptionist.

The dentist was caring and explained things very well. He saved a tooth which I thought would need taking out.

Professional & I never had this level of hygiene tooth cleaning in my life. Appreciated thier services & well satisfied & well recommended.

I was booked in for a sedated wisdom tooth removal. The staff were so kind, gentle and reassuring. Thank you so much for looking after me the way you did.

Arrived early. Waited until just past my appointment time before being invited to the minor surgical dental rooms. Good care and in and out for a wisdom tooth removal in 20 mins.
Only problem ... There was no parking.

Ryan is always an amazing dentist, he is very welcoming and kind, listens very carefully and i am fully comfortable with his expertise.

Went in for a wisdom tooth removal. Everyone was very nice avd professional. Explained the process. Listened to my concerns etc. I could not have asked for better. The surgery was quick and painless.

I visited the dental surgery, i was helped & i felt welcomed.My dentist Serena was welcoming, as always.I was checked & explanations given.My dentist congratulated me that i brush my teeth very well, there were no issues.
