I find Darshna to be both professional and approachable, had long appointment that I was not looking forward to. Darshna was reassuring and informative and she did a great job. Team in general very friendly.

A first class appointment
As usual a first class appointment with Kreena and her assistant. Making sure I was ok whilst dealing with a tricky filling. I was told to go to this practice by my daughter and she was right. Everybody I speak to there is very helpful and cheerful.

Clean up of tooth and crown replacement
Kelvin replaced a crown on a tooth that was sensitive and was causing some concern for me. He was calm and assured so that I was not too nervous about a long procedure. He showed me photos of the tooth before and after preparation for the new crown and I could see the tooth gleaming white ready for the crown.
The crown fits very well and I feel confident it will last a long time. I would recommend Kelvin especially to people who have not been to the dentist for while and/ or have sensitive teeth.

Pleasant Reassuring Care
Went in nervous after a long overdue visit and my overall experience was pleasant. My dentist Kelvin was kind, most of all patient and humble without any arrogance or judgement, he kept the conversation light (which helped distract me from my nervousness) he was reassuring and explained everything in a simple and easy way for me to understand. I appreciate my appointment wasn’t rushed, and overall the clinic seems light, bright and modern. I cannot find any fault with the receptionists who are also warm and professional without any upselling (so far) which I’ve often experienced at other clinics.

Pinnuch is the best hygienist I have ever visited. I had been put off going to the dentist by previous bad experiences with hygienists (I have very sensitive teeth and at times it was really painful). Pinnuch is extremly professional, skilled and considerate in her work. Thanks to Pinnuch I am relaxed at my appointments and I can't recommend her enough.

The best dental practice for miles
Both Warda my hygienist and Kreena my dentist are both amazing people and over time I have got to know them well, they are both so kind and caring, yet still very professional. A special mention for Alex, Kreena's assistant, I now need to find out about Hungary.
