Hygienist appointment
I went to visit Pinnuch for a hygienist appointment and it all went well. Pinnuch is very friendly and welcoming, she always does a great job of cleaning my teeth without being too rough or causing too much discomfort. I would definitely recommend going to Pinnuch for your hygienist appointments

I had a great experience with Rachael, the dental hygienist. She was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and it was obvious she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend and will be returning for her!

My experience
I felt that my dentist was angry with me, but I don't know why. It was awkward, and I felt I had to make rushed decisions with someone cross. I have not had this experience with this dentist before and I am confused and worried. Perhaps they were just having a bad day. The treatment itself was painless.

Staff were lovely
First time there today for a check up, staff were lovely and very helpful. And the dentist was very clear telling me what needs doing, on the whole, I was very pleased with the service.

Professional experience
Excellent, from reception to diagnosis. A professional approach from receptionist to obtain necessary information. No tedious language, or unnecessary explanations at diagnosis. The appointment was dealt with, as one whom suffers anxiety, so efficiently that I felt confident in his choice of treatment and plan going forward. Its not easy to feel that immediate confidence when your anxiety is raised. But, all issues were covered, without unnecessary complication and as one undergoing cancer treatment it is really necessary to have confidence in your dental practitioner.
