The London Smile Clinic

Just completed my ‘journey’ of receiving implants at the London Smile Clinic and what an exciting and very rewarding journey it has been.

I nervously started this journey back during Covid lockdown.

However, within a very short space of time, following my initial consultation with my ‘then to be’ Dentist Joe, I was made to feel totally at ease with that feeling remaining with me throughout my subsequent treatment.

According, I wish to take this opportunity to thank the following for giving me the ability to once again smile with unashamed confidence!

Firstly my exceptional Dentist Joe - truly the ‘Michelangelo’ of cosmetic dentistry who took me through each stage of my treatment always explaining, in great detail, each step of the process.

He also always made himself available for reassuring consultation on the odd occasions that I rang him outside of my scheduled appointments.

I would also like to thank Zaki, for his calming influence whilst he carried out the implant surgery phase of my treatment.

Next, a special thanks to Emma my treatment co-ordinator for making me feel like a really special client.

Finally a big thanks to Dawn and the other delightful receptionists for always making me feel so welcome.

I'm always genuinely excited to attend an appointment at London Smile and my time at the clinic has been the most positive dental experience I’ve ever had. The team offer constant support, reassurance and assistance throughout and are always at the end of the phone or an email if needed.

A special mention goes to Emma who was instrumental in the planning and decision-making process for my ceramic braces, while Prof. Padhraig Fleming completed the work with the highest of skill, professionalism and knowledge. My after-care/follow-up has been second to none, with no question too silly – huge thanks to Anna for her continued support. I don’t feel I could have been in better hands.

The team make you feel instantly at ease and I could not have asked for a kinder or more comfortable environment to undergo my treatment in. Thank you everyone for making my time with you a truly enjoyable and life-changing experience!

I couldn’t recommend the The London Smile Clinic more, not only did they completely transform my smile but the entire team are so welcoming and helpful. I had a number of different procedures including orthodontics, implants, gum reshaping and veneers so TLSC felt like a second home during my treatment period. The results were absolutely incredible and surpassed all expectations, I will be forever grateful to The London Smily Clinic for my new perfect smile!

I feel like me wanting to get my teeth fixed was an absolute miracle, i didnt expect to pay that much of money just to get my teeth all nice and fixed i dont know how i managed i have been wanting to get them done since i was 20 or 19 😘 all thanks to this lovely The London smile i remember coming in the clinc and the first person i meet was the lovely emma she has been very sweet and very professional which i loved about her so thank you, honestly my experience by far was the best as i had the lovely anna love love her too much its like beautiful diamond she is with beautiful soul xx she has made me feel so comfortable always made sure i was okay that i wasnt in any pain throughout the process i feel like i made a good bond with anna when ever i go the clinc i always talk about my work to her which i never do with anyone which i felt in good hands with her am glad i had her throughout the process i am now 25 with a beautiful smile my wish was to get them done before the age of 26 or 27 which is fantastic i am literally shock the fact how did i manage to get them done so quick and fast

After many years being conscious about my teeth I decided to seek for advice and do something about it. I did a bit of research and decided to try at the London Smile Clinic, and right after my initial consultation I knew that it was the right place for me. The whole team is super friendly, caring, professional and talented, and during the entire treatment I have felt super confident that I was in good hands.

I have just finished my treatment (braces + whitening + teeth bonding) and I really have no words to describe how grateful I am. The results are much better than what I had expected - I never thought that I could have such a beautiful and natural looking smile. I can’t stop smiling now!

Huge thank you to Dr Patel who has fixed my smile - I had an underbite and crowded teeth. Whilst I was promised the treatment will last 1.5 years I ended up taking my braces off after just over one year and I am finally proud of my smile. Dr Patel was such a pleasure to deal with and was very transparent throughout the whole treatment period. Thanks to the whole staff and I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I could not recommend London Smile Clinic enough. I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past with any sort of dentistry work and so had neglected going. I decided during lock down to have braces fitted and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. I was so well looked after and made to feel very comfortable throughout. Massive thank you to Emma, Padhraig and Anna for looking after me, my teeth look amazing and i can't stop smiling ! I also visited Michelle a few times who was always so patient with me when i would go in with a whole list of questions for her. She really took the time to explain everything to me and you can see she very much cares about work. I'm actually a little sad I can't see Michelle every week! Thank you London Smile, my teeth have never looked better.

I'm a pretty fussy and particular customer where ever I go and I can confidently say the London Smile Clinic has way exceeded my expectations. I did a lot of research on top London dentists and chose the London Smile Clinic after it was recommended to me. Right from the start the professionalism and friendliness of the staff there is amazing. From Emma and the ladies on reception, to the hygienist, Tim, Anna and Padhraig who is an absolute master of his profession. They give clear advice that's best for the patient and not the solution that will earn them the most money. Do not hesitate in using the London Smile Clinic, Thank you guys & girls so much!

For a good while, on and off I have been searching online for a private dentist to improve the general aesthetics and health (remove a dodgy NHS filing) of my teeth.

I stumbled across the London Smile Clinic through Google and ever the pessimist was a little skeptical about the reviews but nonetheless I sent through an enquiry. Unlike other practices that I enquired with, I received a personal response from Emma (possibly the practice manager? If not, she definitely should be!) that was very genuine and this resulted in me calling and speaking directly to her about the services etc. I instantly felt at ease and took the plunge and went in for a consultation with Jo Bansal, the friendliest and most caring dentist I have ever met!

I visited in total 6 times to complete my treatment plan and each time was as pleasant as the other. From receptions friendly and helpful greeting to the professionalism and diligent care received from Jo made me feel at relaxed and ease. I have already recommended to friends and if you are unsure or in doubt, than please take my word for it that you will be not be over the moon with the service!!Thank you!!

I have been a patient at The London Smile Clinic for several years now and have undergone general, orthodontic and cosmetic dentistry work. I am extremely pleased with the results and friends and family compliment me on my teeth and smile, which have never looked better. The staff are so friendly, considerate and professional. I could not be more pleased with the amazing treatment I received at The London Smile Clinic. I've had pretty extensive dental work over the course of about 18 months - bridge removal, orthodontics, teeth whitening, a gum lift and veneers, as well as regular hygienist appointments. Every single aspect was done to such a high standard, I can't fault any of it. The whole team were always incredibly professional, helpful and accommodating. I always felt very in control of my treatment programme - everything was explained very clearly and I never felt pressured into any particular decision. Most importantly, the results are really, really excellent - I have had so many compliments on my new smile and I'm so pleased with the final look. I've already recommended to a good friend, who is now receiving orthodontic treatment here too, and would highly recommend to anyone considering investing any dental treatment.
