I visited this practice because of my problem with bruxism. Team at Thurloe Street Dental is very professional, friendly, kind and understanding. I had the pleasure to be looked after by Dr. Raza, Caroline and Saba. I have never experienced such genuine customer service and willingness to help at the dental practice before. Dr. Raza is a true expert in his field and I really appreciated his complex holistic approach and honesty. Caroline and Saba are both very kind and helpful. Saba always found an extra time to explain everything to me and empathize with my problem. Her warm personality and genuine interest in patient are special. I highly recommend this practice.

Was recently seen by Dr Raza for an extraction of a molar that was causing a lot of pain, my regular Dentist would not carry out the extraction due to my age and medication but Dr Raza treated the infection then handled the extraction. He was was very delicate and explained the process throughout the procedure and a few days later I was relieved to have the pain gone and be able to eat on both sides of my mouth again. I’d highly recommend Dr Raza.

I had already left a previous 5 star review but just had to update it following the incredible periodontal treatment I received. When I first came to Zishaan I required multiple rounds of perio treatment on my gums and was very nervous. Following the treatment I have experienced incredible results I can’t believe the improvement. Zishaan is a very thorough hygienist, and applies a lot of care into his work including my annual GBT airflow cleaning. The entire team, including Dr. Raza, Karolina and Saba are fantastic - so happy to have found a great practice after a decade of searching!

I visited deep teeth tartar cleaning with hygienist Zishaan. After a few procedures, my gums now are less bleeding and less sensitive (so I believe healthier). The first time I was afraid of pain and asked for anaesthetic. The second time it was ok without it. Specialist also suggested me the brush size (those small brushes for in-between teeth cleaning). Thank you!
Oh, and receptionist helped me to figure out Cigna coverage for procedures, which was also important for me.

An amazing team and an amazing result :)
Karolina, Saba and Dr. Raza were friendly, professional, very transparent and accommodating from my consultation all the way to the very end of it. I felt like they really listened to my desires for the outcome, and felt like I got a personalised treatment (something I can't say for any of my other dentists in my life). Their clinic is cozy with good vibes, and it was a pleasure coming in each time.
I would recommend them above any other provider for Invisalign!

I highly recommend the dental hygiene service at Thurloe Street. Zishaan provided an excellent service, I did cleaning and polish!! He is extremely welcoming and makes you feel at ease. He is very thorough and careful in what he does. Zishaan was very patient and let me take a break and rest when I needed it (due to jaw problem related to bruxism). I can say this was by far the least painful dental hygiene experience I had. I will be back!!

Allysun is a wonderful hygienist!
1. She is professional and my teeth look so much better and healthier with her help. The entire cleaning is smooth and pain-free.
2. She listens to you concerns, and answers your questions patiently. She is approachable and easy to talk to. I really recommend her if you have any issues with your teeth hygiene.
3. She recommended me the brushes and mouthwash that can be easily purchased at Amazon or Sainsbury. She is patient-centred and cares about your everyday teeth cleaning!
Again, if anyone is looking for a hygienist, Allysun is perfect!

Zishaan took good care of my teeth (I did scale & polish) and answered *all* my questions, the number of which was considerable. The staff was very welcoming and smiling. Plus, the small waiting room offers some decent views and is lit with sun rays! Took a funny pic in their toilet; really good UX lol!
