I joined the practice last year after retiring from working in the city. I decided to go to a local practice after many years attending city dental practices.
My expectation was to visit a local practice lacking in investment and modernisation both in the equipment being used, dental techniques and technology. On the contrary, I was greeted by some excellent staff and a practice providing excellent surroundings and using modern technology. Also, what this practice has got right is the first impression when you walk through the door and that is some very good receptionists. They are pleasant and friendly but equally as important they are extremely efficient in booking appointments and sending out reminders.
Most people I speak too locally tell me that the transformation is incredible compared to the previous owners.
My recommendation is to keep improving the practice and the key is to give your clients an experience.

Absolutely amazing!
The hygienist Ciara is absolutely amazing! The cleaning was thorough with no discomfort whatsoever. But also everyone in the surgery from Dr Patel, nurse Franko and of course the receptionist, are incredible!

Been here a few times now for a hygiene appointment and I have nothing bad to say. From the moment I enter the reception till when I have to leave, the experience is second to none! All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The hygienist I see is very nice and informative, without being preachy or patronising. I never thought I would say I look forward to coming to see the dentist but this family feel dental practice makes me feel at ease.

Felt very comfortable
Very welcoming. Easy to complete medical history on iPad. Dentist introduced himself as Ted and listened carefully to the reasons for my visit and asked pertinent follow up questions. Was very helpful and suggested next steps with a particular issue. Felt very comfortable.

Wonderful experience
My experience in Wanstead Dental Practice was wonderful. Staff and the doctor. They all very friendly and helpful. I was in such pain and did a brilliant job. I am very impressed and really appreciate their kindness.
