Excellent Customer Care.
After a few years of shying away from Dentists, I was finally "forced" to make an urgent appointment due to worsening dental pain. Though feeling somewhat intimidated, I made the call on the Friday and given an appointment for Monday. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the service I received! I felt that the care was quite individualised and that I was informed about the options available to me. Needless to say, I required emergency root canal treatment. I received the first part of the treatment, the next day and felt very safe in what I had to undertake!

I have been taking our family here for 2 years. Farnoosh Mimeh has been extraordinary, painfree, needle free. I am delighted with the work completed on my teeth. I have had teeth whitening and rebuilding my teeth from grinding during my sleep.
The staff are exceptional from the happy and bubbly greeting at the front door to the comfortable hygiene, dentistry and orthodontic work that our family have done every six months.

Maria is a lovely hygienist who is very engaging, caring and full of knowledge. Whilst some practitioners may be worn down with repetition over time, Maria’s fresh and cheerful approach to her work makes the visit a pleasant experience.

A fabulous dental practice!
I have been a patient at Willow Tree Dental for a few years now and would highly recommend them. The practice is friendly and well run but also very up to date and professional. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile and nothing is too much trouble. I value the reminders for upcoming appointments when life is so busy it is easy to forget. I always see Dr Mimeh who is extremely professional, kind and very patient as I am a terrible dental-phobe. Dr Mimeh will always take the time to explain everything to me clearly and is very gentle when carrying out any work. Dr Mimeh always gives me all my options and explains my choices clearly. Dr Mimeh takes great pride in her work and seeks perfection and all my dental work has been top class. Thank you.
