Patient and compassionate
Everything from entering the practice to leaving was excellent.
I’m a nervous patient and entering a practice that felt less like a scary clinical office and more like a high end establishment helped calm my nerves. Receptionist could tell I was nervous and she was brilliant with me helping me calm down.
My appointment was with Mark and Sonya and there’s no words to express how grateful I was for them looking after me. My dental procedure was complicated yet they put my mental well-being first above everything else. They were patient and compassionate and I’m so impressed by the services I received. Can’t recommend this dental practice enough.

I had an emergency appointment & despite having a phobia of needles; Amaka removed my tooth with reassurance throughout. A highly professional and friendly experience. Would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist in Norfolk.

Dr Amaka Ngwuocha - These guys deserve way more than the 5 stars I’m only allowed to give them
Ok. So I’ve recently been visiting the LSDI Centre after neglecting my teeth for WAY too long. I was extremely nervous about going considering the condition I’d let my teeth get into. However, I was met with extremely friendly and understanding staff which put me at ease straight away. To put it simply I will never go to another dentist for any reason whatsoever. These guys are the best and Dr Amaka has to be the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting.
These guys deserve way more than the 5 stars I’m only allowed to give them.

Excellent service from Dr Amaka and Alice, both are very friendly and I immediately felt at ease.
Dr Amaka was very informative and explained in detail the x ray's and the procedure i was about to have, ( 2 teeth pulled out) which I have to say was painless.
