I cannot fault the service
I arrived early, my appointment was at 11am, and was greeted by a lovely young woman who signed me in and asked me to take a seat in the waiting area. The practice is spotlessly clean, and every member of staff I saw, was smiling and greeted all the patients sat in the waiting area. 11.03 I was asked in for my appointment by another pleasant young woman. The dentist went through everything that was to happen on my checkup, being very thorough and made sure I understood the procedure. I cannot fault the service, friendly and professional of all I encountered, today. Thank you everyone! See you again in a few weeks for my hygienist appointment. Can highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a new dentist.

I had trouble eating.
I have had trouble eating for some time. Mr Stewart x-rayed the tooth causing the problem. It is a tooth which has been repaired a lot so we decided to try to get rid of any infection. If this fails then it is goodbye elderly tooth. Mr Stewart talked me through all the possibilities and was great as usual.

I have been to the practice for last 21 years and I have always found them friendly and helpful. Charlotte my hygienist is excellent and we have become friends over the years

Great service shame about the angry receptionist
Helpful, friendly greeting. Good, clean waiting area with kids activities. Efficient dentist and friendly assistant. Good advice given. Not much space in reception for staff and patients. Shouted at by receptionist who thought I was ignoring her as she thought I was in the queue. She was rude, no apology, member of staff who was lovely and served me seemed suprised at the outburst as well. Overall great service but some work on recpetion standing area may help so there isn't any confusion.
