It was very easy and straightforward to make an emergency appointment this morning at 8.30am. An appointment was made for me early afternoon with Natasha D’Costa as I had an urgent work commitment earlier in the day when an appointment was available with my own dentist. Natasha D’Costa and her assistant were extremely polite, friendly, efficient and professional. She was able to apply a filling to my broken tooth/ filling. Thank you very much for such a good service.

I had a abscess on the right side of my mouth it was very swollen up I couldn’t eat nor sleep but the dentist was very quick to help me out, she prescribed antibiotics for 4 day,s thankfully it’s taking effect now, it’s all healing.

Had to have an emergency one off appointment, these were the only ones that would help me I wasnt even a patient of theirs but they were so good got me in and got me out of pain, can't thank them enough. I was in pain for weeks and no one would help me but these were brilliant.

Took my mum for her 6 monthly check. The dental staff were lovely and very professional. Found the reception team a little rude 4 staff behind the desk and not one of them acknowledged us or said they would be with us soon just ignored us, had a chat amongst themselves and finally got round to speaking to us having waited for a couple of minutes and we were the only ones next to the desk. I work as a receptionist and even if I'm on the phone I always acknowledge a client a wave, a smile or I'll be with you shortly instead of pretending they don't exist.
