A positive experience
I experienced compassion today as my Dad was feeling a little wobbly prior to his appointment due to his health (not nerves), the dentist was lovely and explained everything, it was a positive experience.

Dr Miah was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease as dentist visits make me feel nervous.
He explained everything step by step,even took the time to explain the x-rays.
I will definitely be recommending Dr Miah to friends and family.

Janet is so lovely and reassuring, I am a nervous patient and dislike my teeth, Janet was very kind, reassuring and made me feel at ease. It made my trip much more bearable.

Kind and understanding
Reception staff always helpful. I found Clix my new dentist kind and understanding which is why I asked if I can continue with him. Thank you to reception staff and my new dentist.

Great dentist but more time needed!
Gavin is a wonderful dentist and a valuable member of your team but please allow more time for the appointments. I always feel it is very rushed and often running behind through no fault of his own. It is testament to his service that he is always fully booked months in advance.

Extremely considerate of my care
Richard Stewart has a calm, professional manner, I have always found him to be extremely considerate of my care and personal needs as a fearful patient.
Sadly some of the reception team do not share this ethos.

Good service and competent care
I was checked in quickly and seen on time. I had a checkup including an x-ray and was advised that I needed a small filling. It was close to lunchtime and the dentist would have been perfectly within his rights to have brought me back on a different appointment but he did the filling there and then for which I was very grateful. Checkout was quick and efficient with my next checkup appointment made and payment taken efficiently and courteously. Thank you.
