My experience

I was waiting 30 min and I could have the filling because I didn't have time to wait longer, I tried to book something for next time and had to wait again 3 months.

Makes me feel at ease

I'm always nervous at the dentists, I saw Janet the hygienist who always makes me feel at ease, explaining what she is doing & happily go at a pace that is good for me. Thank you.

Always polite and friendly welcome from Staff. Our Dentist Richard Stewart is amazing and always explains treatment to you and respectful and creates a calm experience. Highly recommend this Dental practice as they have always been good throughout the years to patients and services offered for dental work.

On time, thorough

Having had my last 3 appointments cancelled ( with another dentist at the same practice) I was delighted to attend my appointment today, which was on time, thorough and carried out professionally.

My experience

Upon arrival for my 8am appt the practice wasn't unlocked and staff waiting for a key holder, who finally arrived at around 8.10, then once in surgery there was no equipment switched on delaying my appointment for a further 5 minutes. My son who has ADHD also had an appointment but after waiting for nearly 30 minutes to get in the chair he had lost interest and we didnt manage to check him checked as his anxiety levels had gone through the roof.

My experience

1) four staff in reception talking amongst themselves. Waited several minutes before one decided to acknowledge me standing there.
2) 35 minutes late from appointment time.
3) the dentist did not know why I had been booked with him and gave the impression he was not wanting to see me. Stated he is not taking on new patients and referred me to another dentist who would actually address my issues. Waste of time attending and no communication between admin and dentist with dentist poorly prepared.
4) one week for an emergency appointment with nerve root pain at the time of calling.,

On this day to get this appointment I drive a total of three hours round trip for this appointment. The level of service and lack of communication is woefully inadequate and I left never wanting to return and to warn everyone I know of this appalling practice that treat their patients so badly. The practice needs a complete overhaul, training or removal of front of desk staff and training of dentists to not make their patients feel unwanted.

Been going to this dentist for a long time, wouldn't go anywhere else, always clean, always professional, always on time, and always good treatment, no wonder I would not try anywhere else, what would I do without Mr Adloo my dentist, the best.
