Best dentist I have ever used

I have been seeing Richard Stewart for a long time now (I cannot remember how many years) and I can honestly say that he is the best dentist I have ever used.

My experience

Dental nurse never smiled.
Dentist spoke too quickly, had mask and visor on, more interested in asking computer-led questions, with head faced away, rather than facing me. The examination couldn't have been done any quicker, I had to ask for the scale and polish, but only got the scale. She was more interested in telling me about future treatments I could have and felt she couldn't wait to get me out the door.
There was no comparison to my previous dentist Beth, who unfortunately has moved on.

Welcoming and supportive

Khatija and Jade were very welcoming and supportive
I would have given a higher score if we were not called in 15 minutes late, after arriving early, expecting to be called in on time especially as nobody was in the surgery before us.
