Very reassuring and careful
My new dentist Hamid was very reassuring and careful. I was worried as I was used to Beth. Bit behind on timing but I expected this at the end of the day appointment as they never know what they face until patients open wide.

Super polite
Friendly staff - from receptionist, dental nurse, hygienist and dentist.
Met my new dentist because Mark has left - she was super polite and took the time to find out about me.

Very personable and reassuring
The dentist and dental nurse were very personable and reassuring. The only issue was that I attended at the same time as my daughter. She was called in then I was not called in after. I queried after 15 minutes and the receptionist had only ticked my daughter in. The dentist was very apologetic.
