Welcoming and friendly
My appointment began 20 minutes later than scheduled. I received an apology. My dentist and his assistant were welcoming and friendly. The examination of my teeth was carried out efficiently and carefully.

M. did an excellent job with my UR5. His skilful prep and working of the material to ensure the best contact area of the finished job was particularly careful and impressive. It immediately felt right. Am very pleased with the care and the result. Thank you.

Explained everything well
My appointment with Richard Stewart was good, he is friendly and explained everything well giving me options to choose from. I don’t mind paying for my treatment when I first arrive on the day but I don’t agree with paying for my treatment in advance when my appointment is at least a month away.

My first experience of Victoria street dental practice was very enjoyable, which surprising to say of a dentist. Clinician was extremely professional and kind, down to earth and relaxed. For coming with information and open about costings. Would strongly recommend this dentist, very good.

Explained everything clearly
Got a same-day appointment because I was in a lot of pain. The dentist was extremely experienced, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained everything clearly, along with a solid plan for follow-up visits. Honestly, I wish I’d found him a year ago when the problem started.

Gentle with my children
Absolutely amazing, despite many of us to do, each appointment was done on time, efficiently and thoroughly. The dentist was patient, kind and gentle with my children with it being the first time they've ever been and the lady helping was just as amazing with my children and myself by instructing me on a question regarding my teeth. All in all, perfect and a great dentist!
