A calm experience

From polite reception staff to the patient and very clear dentist and dental nurse, what to me would normally be a nervy experience becomes a calm one.

I am treated with kindness

I am always greeted with a smile from the receptionist before seeing the dentist even if it’s not my own. I am treated with kindness and given the best treatment and I am grateful for their knowledge and always leave feeling confident then acknowledged by the receptionist when leaving with my next appointment.
