Although I was expecting a root canal procedure, it was not done. I was impressed by the thorough explanation of the reasoning and what treatment may be needed if the problem reoccurred.

Very efficient and very pleasant to both of us

I have said for the last 4 or so visits that I can’t use my tooth because it hurts to bite on it, but when I don’t bite on it, it’s ok. So each time a little more is drilled off my crown and I am told to let my dentist know if I still have a problem. So because it doesn’t trouble me unless I eat on that side I haven’t liked to make an issue about it. I simply eat on the other side and tell the dentist at my next appointment. So each time I have been for a checkup since this started, I have had a little more drilled from my porcelain crown and have paid as if I had the checkup. Now it feels as though I don’t have a crown or tooth there anymore and that I am biting onto the second tooth from the front. I think I have spent over £100 now on these ‘checkups’ and the tooth is still unusable. My dentist is so good usually and I don’t like to complain. He said this last time that he would refer me to the hospital if it didn’t work this time. Well it didn’t work and am not really very happy about how long this situation has been allowed to continue, the amount of porcelain crown that I have had drilled away and what it has cost me.
