Brilliant and calming
Had a tooth extraction today and was very nervous, the nurse and dentist were brilliant and calming during the procedure. Brilliant and friendly service each visit.

Really good service
Receptionists are very helpful and friendly.
Slightly unsure of treatment options and costs not discussed, just presumed I was able to go ahead and put the cost on the form for signature and was sent to book appointments, discussion of possibilities would be positive and options for timings to be able to manage costs and time away from work for appointments.
Mostly really good service and friendly practice due to welcoming and friendly reception team, thank you.

Such a competent dentist
Friendly and efficient reception staff and couldn’t ask for a kinder and more understanding dentist than Richard Stewart.
I put my full trust in him and so lovely to have such a competent dentist with a superb manner. So appreciated. Thank you all.

Treated with respect
I phoned at 8.30 to try to get an emergency appointment, I had been in pain and was upset. I was treated with respect and it was explained clearly why I was unable to see a dentist. My details were taken so the receptionist manager could contact me. I was sent a text and I was given an appointment.
