Very calm

The level of professionalism with the front desk staff. I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and they straight away accommodated my needs without any issues which was so calming for me.
My dentist Richard is very calm in both his manner and voice which is again very calming and allows me to process what he is telling me. He is also very user-friendly and has patience when asked questions.
His dental nurse was very friendly and kind she allowed me to remain outside as she booked my next appointment.
It is of great relief to me that I can go into this premises and know that the level of understanding for anyone with mental health issues is catered for in such an understanding and professional environment.

Very friendly and professional

Very quick today and went in on time and Franko was very good and let me know what was going on. I am usually very nervous and Franko took this into consideration. The nurses were also very friendly and professional.

Always so helpful

I mentioned to Charlotte (Hygienist) that I had toothache and would be looking to book an emergency appointment. She was able to do it for me and for the same day. She has always been so helpful.

All the staff were fantastic today. Shannon in reception was friendly, polite and professional. The hygienist Jenny was also very nice and explained the procedures and aftercare. Gavin my dentist, as always was brilliant and explained where I'm at with my treatment. Bella, my dental nurse was friendly, efficient and very professional. Bella put me at ease and made sure my medical history was up to date before I left. All in all a 5 star experience

Charlotte was amazing as always. She always does a great job and is always warm and friendly!
The lady on reception that booked my next appointments was so helpful as I had a few things to sort out. Had a great experience all round today, thank you!
