The friendly ladies on reception, a lovely warm welcome.
Mark Mercala and his nurse, Linda, never fail to put me at ease. They explain everything thoroughly and as a nervous patient, I feel really cared for.
I’m so sorry to hear that Mark is retiring, there are big boots to fill. Hopefully I’ll still get to see Linda.

Friendly and polite at reception. Janet, one of the hygienists, was really good. Mark, a dentist, puts you at ease and treats you brilliantly as does his assistant Linda. I am sorry to see him leave.

Khatijer and the dental nurse worked together skillfully and meticulously to fill a gap in a front tooth. I was amazed at the result it was a superb repair.

They did a fantastic job

Both Franco and his hygienist worked well together. The hygienist was friendly and welcoming. I needed a filling replacing and they did a fantastic job. I haven't had a filling done for many years so was a bit nervous but it's now better than it ever was. Thank you!

Couldn't thank them enough

I suffer with anxiety and had to have 3 fillings too so obviously I was anxious but when I walked into the room I was spoken to and what I was going to have done was explained, I had to have injections and was told about them and what was gonna happen but they reassured me and asked if I was okay while doing my treatment and I couldn't thank them enough.
So once again thank you for making me feel at ease.
