Few days ago I was in this practice with my teenager to see Doctor Richard Stuart .
As always he was very professional and experienced.
He explained everything what he did to my son and me and because of this we felt calm and optimistic.
He did great job- I believe it wasn’t easy and he really care about what he did.
Also there were kind receptionist and polite and friendly dentist assistant.
Nice atmosphere.

I’ve had to have a fair bit of work done of late but each visit has been a pleasure thanks to the brilliant Lama and her lovely assistant Maddie.

I cannot recommend Franco and the dental practice enough.
I had 2 x hour long treatments for a complex root canal and 3 associated fillings. The treatment was pain free and thorough.

I really can't speak highly enough of this dental practice and in particular, Ayushi who is such a kind, caring dentist - managing to calm my fear of dental visits. Sasha was a lovely nurse and both receptionists today, were very friendly & helpful.

In the 6/7 years I’ve been registered I’ve always had a great experience at this practice. Continuity of care is excellent - I’ve always seen the same dentist.
The receptionists are all polite, helpful and friendly.
More recently needed quick treatment for a problem I had and was seen the same day and the problem fixed the following day.
Franco is very good and reassuring and I wouldn’t want anyone else looking after my teeth!

Google prompted me to review so it's a tad impromptu.
I just looked at the 1 stars - if you take out the people who can't be bothered to get there on time and the peeps who only turn up when they're in pain - basically, there's little left.
I used to like MrMaud, lovely fellah but he sold out and there's a thundering herd of dentists there now. All very efficient though & a buzzing atmosphere.
I'm a simple guy who just goes twice a year to see Charlotte the hygienist. Charlotte has been there almost forever, she still looks like a teenager and she's great.
Unfortunately, I have to pinch myself and remove primitive thoughts when I think about 2 lovely girls in dentist outfits, 1 bloke and a clever chair. Stop it. Smile - let's see yer teef.

My appointment was with Lama on 20/12/22. She is a very caring and kind dentist, aware that I am not the bravest patient. Lama very skilfully & gently replaced old fillings in my front teeth. The end result was better than I ever could have imagined.

Absolutely amazing!!!! My dentist, Mr Adloo was awesome, the young girl Minha was so lovely and receptionists, Becky and Shell were incredibly sweet, kind & very welcoming 😊 I highly recommend those dental practice as EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER ARE ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS &THE BEST!!! ❤❤❤❤ I have mental health problems, anxiety and depression, and everyone made feel instantly calm & reassured.

Granted, the receptionists make you feel a bit rushed, but they are constantly busy.
As for the dentists and nurses themselves, not a fault to pick. It's the only dentist I've ever been made to feel comfortable in. 10/10 all round. :)

Great experience with the practice today. Called in the morning with an emergency and got booked in for an appointment the same day. The dentist (Beth) was great at explaining what the problem was, provided immediate treatment along with great aftercare advice. My dental issue was resolved within hours - glad to know there is a place I can rely on in a time of need.
