Today my little boy had his first proper appointment with Beth, after a two year gap thanks to COVID. She was amazing with him, letting him see what she was doing during my check-up and explaining everything to him so that he wasn’t scared when it was his turn. He happily had his check-up after that and I can’t thank Beth enough for ensuring he doesn’t have any fear of the dentist!

I have been using Victoria Dental Practice for many years and have always found them friendly, helpful and professional. I was so upset when Mr Barclay retired because I was so used to him and he was so gentle but the lady I am with now is marvelous - she is like a magician - so skilled and very professional. I am now with Lama who filled a back tooth for my yesterday and also a front tooth that was chipped and had gone black - I was told that I looked led Jim Carrey gone wrong in Dumb and Dumber - I didn't need an injection (which I hate the feeling of and the numbness after) so that was a bonus. There was no pain maybe a bit of discomfort which you'd expect but nothing more. The job she did was absolutely amazing - she is like a magician - you would never know that it was a filled front tooth and cannot see the join - it looks so natural. Lovely to be able to smile again after 18 months.

Only downside is, it is slightly cramped and very busy but other than that I cannot fault it, staff were lovely and very helpful. Was a bit nervous about having to go to the dentist, ended up just getting a temporary fill in for now. Took about 5 minutes and she made sure I wasn’t in any pain while using the equipment on my teeth and also actually stopped using the one that blows cold air for me because my teeth were too sensitive to it.

I HATE going to the dentist and have had such a phobia from a young age.
All the members of staff were friendly, professional and very helpful for me through my phone calls and visits and following covid guidelines. It was nice to hear the buzz of reception filled with laughter and chatter whilst sat in the waiting room, sounded like a good team spirit at Victoria House.
Today's the day I had my tooth out and have been extremely nervous about it for a while, always go to see Franko who has done an amazing job and being very patient with me even when I bit down on his finger.
Even though I was brave today, the true Hero was AMY. She was so friendly and calming. Really helped me through my visit and included me in the process. Really kept me at ease, loved chatting to her to.
Today would of definitely been horronous without Amy.

I liaise with this practice on behalf of my mama . I live in London . The service of reception is first rate . They go out of their way to help my mum. They have accommodated her as fast as possible in the current pandemic and have really taken care of her and appeased my worries. The dental care is excellent .

haven't been to dentist in 20 years due to bad experience when i was I younger . recently had very bad tooth ache and was able to get an appointment and all the staff were very friendly . the two dentist I have been treated by were very understanding about my apprehension and I can't thank them enough for helping me on short notice . had problem tooth removed which was very scary for me but was constantly reassured and I definitely feel better about going back to them again . highly recommended

On Christmas Eve I was suffering from the worst wisdom tooth pain and my usual dentist did not want to see me even after numerous calls. I called Victoria dentist and was greeted by a very polite receptionist who asked me all the relevant questions and then booked me an emergency appointment for the same day. I just wanted to say thank you for giving me reassurance through such an anxiety filled time. I'm very appreciative of the staff who are working throughout this pandemic and seeing patients. Great service!

I found all the staff from receptionists to the dentist absolutely friendly and reassuring I was shaking when I went in to have a tooth out they were all fantastic making me feel at ease and comfortable and explained everything to me. My father had dentures for his bottom teeth replaced at Victoria Dental Practice. Ayushi Modhwadia, the dentist did an absolutely fabulous job with taking care of my father. Her hard work, skill, thoroughness and pleasant and friendly manner are very much appreciated. My father and I felt reassured, all the appointments for his new dentures were given to him in advance. Ayushi has also reassured him that his top dentures will also be replaced is due time as they are troubling him. Thank you everyone at Victoria for helping my father.

I phoned about a possible tooth infection, just over a week ago, got a call back saying yes i had and given a course of antibiotics. Had a call today which was unexpected asking me if the treatment had worked. I was very happy with the person who called and have had no bad experiencesthere in the pst.

Iv been with this dentist for many years and all three of my children are also patients our dentist is absolutely lovely..
Over the years i have watched the practice change and now i feel that the whole place needs updating, its no longer inviting as it used to be, the reception staff are neither warm or inviting, the practice is now cramped and old fashioned especially upstairs, even cramming another examine room in old toilet space... upstairs waiting area is cramped and needs updating..
I think your dentists and patients deserve more..

First visit to the dentist in over 20 years. Problem fixed in less than half an hour. Gavin is a very skilled and professional Dentist and a credit to the practice, he obviously also enjoys his work which puts you at ease straight away.
