I’ve come here a few times, and each time I’ve been, the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. All of the staff I encountered were polite and had smiles on their faces, which really puts you at ease. The appointment itself was very efficient, and the dentist was very patient with me, and listened to what I said, and gave me tips and advice on how to properly look after my teeth. She was very caring, and that makes me feel reassured that I was well looked after. Would definitely recommend, as I’ve had a great experience.

Friendly and informative staff! Generally find with most dentists treatment is often offered and carried out without much explanation as to why however this wasn’t the case when I had an appointment with this practice. I saw Richard Stewart who was very professional yet easy going and talked me through all my options. Great service would highly recommend. Phone service can be a nightmare but I find that’s just standard these days with GP’s and dental practices

Guys this place is amazing!!!?? I see a lovely dentist called Fatima and she has totally cured my intense fear of going to the dentist! I'm not good with pain and luckily she is so gentle but very thorough.... I've needed lots and lots of work doing which I have put off over the years due to my dear of pain and fear of the dentist and Fatima has done all of my work and I needn't have worried one bit! In fact I wish I knew about this place years ago! I can't sing their praises enough to be honest. Also the team there are lovely too, everyone is always smilinh.....and I am now too!!!! And on another note I am on benefits at this time as I am a carer for my mother and father and I received all of my treatment so far on the NHS and they honestly don't treat you any different to if you was paying cash.

Have to pay before any treatment never did that with previous owner still push you to use hyginest even when you should get a clean and polish with nhs

I’d been considering orthodontic work for several years but as it is a big commitment financially, I wanted to research it properly first, so I visited an orthodontist and 4 different dentists to discuss options. Aside from the treatment, it was important to me to find the right people - both in terms of experience and also people I felt comfortable with. As soon as I met Mr Adloo and Louise, I knew instantly I’d found the right team. I’ve had an Inman Aligner followed by clear aligners and am extremely happy with the treatment plan and results – just wish I’d done it years ago! Mr Adloo and Louise have been absolutely brilliant – can’t recommend them highly enough. A big thanks to them both.

Very happy with the service I received. The filling covering my chipped front tooth came off last Wednesday evening. I rang Victoria House Dental practice early the next morning and was very pleasantly surprised that I was offered an appointment 2 hours later with Mr Adloo my dentist. The service and care I received was second to none, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice and particularly Mr Adloo and Louise (Dental Nurse). I am normally very apprehensive about going to the dentist but this experience was very good.

Have always had an excellent level of service from this Practice - they have always been efficient, welcoming and reassuring. After returning from holiday with tooth problems I rang for an emergency appointment first thing this morning. I was seen at 10:30 am and had the offending tooth removed by 11:00 am. I couldn't ask for a better level of service both Dr Adloo and Louise were great.

I have recently undergone some treatment at VHDP and I would like to sing the praises of the team that looked after me.
Mr Adloo and his nurse Louise are highly professional but at the same time have a relaxed manner that instantly puts you at ease.
In addition Charlotte my dental hygienist is not only friendly, courteous , professional and knowledgeable but very attractive too!
