I have been attending this practice for over 30 years and have always had good dental care. I find the team friendly and efficient, and helpful when an emergency appointment is required. I really appreciate the appointment reminders by text and/or email too. It us an NHS practice but also has a private scheme. The premises do look a little 'tired' in the reception and waiting areas which doesn't give the best impression but the treatment rooms are fine. I highly recommend.

I had an appointment back in October for my usual check up and brought my then 16 month old daughter with me for her first ever appointment. We saw Mr Atalla after being on Mr Mercala’s list for many years and I was a bit nervous but Mr Atalla was excellent and I needn’t have worried. He was so kind, reassuring and had a nice sense of humour which made the visit much more pleasant (and no one likes the dentist!). With my daughter he was patient and took his time to gain her trust and even gave her a choice of stickers at the end. 2 weeks later I had to return for a filling as on the x-ray he’d picked up that I had a weakened tooth and although that wasn’t pleasant due to the location of it he made sure I was as comfortable as possible and took his time so I didn’t feel rushed or anxious and it was over within 20 minutes. I liked him so much that my husband registered there as a new patient and has an appointment with him. Thank you ☺️

My daughter is 5 and Autistic. The dentist has such a rapport with her that she felt comfortable enough to sit for the session and even have filler - superb gentlemen and so impressive to see a younger generation of dentists coming through with expert skills

Customer service has been fantastic

I am a new patient, and from start to finish, customer service has been fantastic. Upon meeting my dentist, he was friendly and put me and my daughter at ease. Explained everything and talked through xray results! Highly recommend

Great kindness

As a patient I am always treated with kindness and because of my disability always helped by having a room downstairs! Dr Stewart has been my Dentist for many years, he is incredible, very helpful, always and exceedingly efficient! He has always treated me with great kindness and I cannot speak highly enough of his work! I owe him a great debt of gratitude!

I was treated very well

Though a regular patient this was an urgent request to see a dentist. I was treated very well by the front line staff, who found an appointment the next day. At the appointment the dentist was very kind, explained the problem and we agreed a solution. I could not ask for more.

Very impressed

Saw Clare for a hygiene visit, very informative and efficient. Later on, saw Arti for an exam, gave good advice and treatment options, the next day I needed an emergency appointment, I was fitted in within 2 hours and fixed on the spot and very impressed with the results! Dental nurses Mya and Kayla were very efficient.
