I have been coming to this practice for a few years now and can truly say I believe the service to be second to none. The staff have always been extra helpful and friendly. I recently had some concerns with the treatment I had received so asked to speak with the practice manager who called me back within minutes and put my mind at ease. She offered me the next available appointment and I was sorted out in no time. Thank you so much Victoria House.

Reception staff are pleasant and helpful. Dentist is always understanding, calm and willing to help. Not five stars as no one can be perfect. Victoria house is close though.

Rang at 8:30am, managed to get booked in for 10:30am the same day for an emergency appointment, despite not being registered at the clinic. Greeted by friendly receptionists, was waiting approximately 2 minutes and the dentist did a better job of fixing my teeth than before I chipped them. Amazing service, thoroughly grateful to all staff there.
